Important Update on Lead Times
As a result of the ongoing effects of COVID-19 that are being experienced globally, Joshua and Jane is currently experiencing many delays and unknowns relating to our shipping, logistics and transport.
This is largely due to difficulties securing freight bookings due to the extensive backlog caused by COVID-19, port congestion, supply chain issues and labor shortages. Joshua and Jane's teams based in Melbourne and India are working around the clock to ensure your inlay items are created and delivered as soon as possible but we ask for your patience and understanding during this challenging time.
Consequently, we cannot provide guaranteed delivery times at the moment as it is extremely difficult to forecast how our production team and estimated shipping times may be affected by the ongoing supply chain issues and labor shortages both overseas and in Australia.
The information available to us regarding estimated wait times can often change day-to-day. We strive to keep our customers updated with new information as we receive it but frustratingly, often we will not be able to forecast delay. All of our bone inlay pieces can be shipped Australia-wide, with commercial grade packaging to ensure the safe arrival of your Joshua and Jane bone inlay piece.
For all orders where delivery is required, please contact us prior to placing your order in order for us to provide you with a delivery quote.
